I think this is my favorite out of the four healing peices. I dunno...Just seems peaceful...

Her form is more human - very feminine, very beautiful and curved, which is appropriate for water - this makes her more real, more convincing as water. The other elements were less convincingly human and thus less convincingly fire, earth, air. If that makes sense.
