I'll sometimes water down the acrylic. Just not blue. Blue is more amazing as watercolor. I just find it sometimes works better to go back over some edges with acrylics, specially white. Red, yellow, also. Can kind of pull out a bit more brightness with slightly watered down acrylic (just so it's really flowy, or you can use a medium since that makes it more translucent too)

I'm messy, never use masking fluid and an abuser of using white ;)

The world will fear me when I get back to oils. I have a lovely tube of zinc white. I just kind of like holding it. Soooo much heavier than my other tubes of oil lol
