When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Again, props for capturing many dimensions of phyisical passion in this one image. It is very sensual, erotic, beautiful, passive, but also primal, instinctual, predatory, and invasive all at once.

I like the reversal if I understand you correctly. She feeds less from her own stimulation but more from the stimulation of others. However, she is the source of their affection, so it is a very mutual/cyclical relationship (which again illustrates the theme very well).
I do see her as being very natural, earthy, organic. This is in part due to how she is rendered and partly because of your other works. I would also say that it is only natural to illustrate such a ... natural ... feeling/act thusly
